Theory and practice must both be present in order to achieve results. To me, it is like a see-saw with two riders. With only one rider the see-saw can’t move. We must have theory to know what, why, how, when… things need to be done, but practice brings success on honing the processes.

I think we have lost some of our abilities in the art of conversation, especially when talking to our customers.
