I’ve been thinking – how do I figure out what I’m passionate about? And what is the relationship of my passion to my business?

I think about these questions a lot. I am passionate about many things but when I step back, it seems like they are all closely related. Many of the things that I love to do are related to my insatiable curiosity and my love of learning. I am also passionate about helping people.

It seems that these would be good for traits for a business, but what if I wasn’t interested in many things or in people at all? Would this mean that my company can’t be a success? Not necessarily.

There are three aspects unique to each of us, that give us clues into the kind of things that give us joy and upon with we can build a successful company: our temperament, our attitudes, and our aptitudes. Over the next five Mondays we’ll learn how to understand ourselves and our place in the world. And we will learn how to use what we love as the core of our business.

I still think that everyone can grow a great business and love the work they do.

What do you think?

Until tomorrow, GUNG Ho friends!
